Years of experience in metalworking
Axes for highly complex geometries
Manufacturing tolerance (±0.002 mm)
Scroll through our production
Bar feeder
Stainless steel 1.4404, Ø 20 mm. The automatic bar feeder supplies the raw material, even at night, without staff.
CNC turning
Contours, grooves, chamfer and threaded spigot in a single operation. Up to 12,000 rpm, tolerance ±0.002 mm.
Milling the spanner flats
The AF 13 hexagon is milled in the same set-up: the part stands still while the C-axis indexes it flat by flat. Our turn-mill centres work with up to 10 axes.
Ultra-short-pulse laser marking
Permanent marking with the ultra-short-pulse laser, suitable for medical devices (UDI), without damaging the material.
100% inspection
Measured contactlessly on the Keyence projector. Every dimension documented, with an inspection report on request.
Done.
This is exactly how your part is made at MSF. From prototype to large series.

Get in touchFAQ: answers to your key questions about CNC machining
How precise are the CNC turned and milled parts you manufacture?
Our CNC turned and milled parts are manufactured to a precision of up to ±0.002 mm. This accuracy meets the requirements of even the most demanding industries, such as medical technology, aerospace and optics.
Which materials can you process in CNC machining?
We machine a wide range of materials: standard metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper, special materials such as titanium and brass, and high-performance plastics such as PEEK and PTFE. Our machines and tools are specifically matched to the properties of these materials.
Can you also manufacture complex geometries and assemblies?
Yes, our CNC turning and milling centres with up to 10 axes allow highly complex geometries to be produced in a single operation. We also offer assembly services, in which we fully assemble, inspect and package components, ready for immediate use.
How do you ensure the quality of the manufactured parts?
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. All parts are inspected with state-of-the-art metrology, including 3D coordinate measuring machines and optical measuring systems. We document the quality of all manufactured parts and supply inspection reports on request.
What production capacity do you offer for series production?
Our automated CNC machines are designed for the efficient production of small, medium and large series. With bar feeders, robot handling and fast tool changes, we can minimise production times and deliver high quantities at short notice.
